Everything was fine. If there would be someone to clean the camel and the horse **** from the beach would be perfect.

The food and staff are excellent. In general, the furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated, but all in all, highly recommended.

I really appreciated this place which is clean and quiet. However, we waited 1 hour before getting our room. And it's just unbearable in 37 degree heat.

Hotel requires updating however clean enough our room was clean thanks to the daily housekeepers, toilet doesn’t flush well and hairdryer is awful falls to bits in your hands Reception staff excellent very helpful Shop owner lovely, however no prices on any products so can vary from day to day Waiters average apart from Ahmed and an elderly man who were very attentive to us and took pride in their work , very well mannered. Food well soup was lovely , daily, choice for everyone , however other guests push you out the way, like vulchers loading up their plates Sunbeds you need to be up at 6 am to get a good spot, always got a bed though just not in good condition Entertainment well during the day not alot tbh, bowls or darts really! At night the kids disco was the same routine and songs every night Entertainers go around the guests and ask them to get them drinks, one got sacked for being so badly drunk The entertainers like to sit and drink and smoke with guests even the boss, not really role models for kids. If you’re plying them with drink they are your best friends. New entertainer Adam extremely poor attitude, full of himself but absolutely awful with the kids prefers the adults . He picks what kids he allows to join activities, and doesn’t stop blowing his whistle. If you wish your kids to be entertained by drunks then this us the place Mouse was battered to death by a brush in the hallway by maintenance staff, in front of guests Other than that weather was perfect Exchange of money was terrible as the exchanger never had any to exchange always come back 2 hours or tmw not great

Most of the staff are lovely, professional and hard working, they always welcome you with a smile and make sure you have everything you need. The only two members of staff I had an issue with was the man on reception, he is extremely rude, unprofessional and very dismissive. Just avoid him if you can! The other member of staff was a lifeguard who I had to shout at as I witnessed him pulling a female member of staff by the arm and pushing her around. He laughed in my face and other male members of staff said he was just joking around. I had to tell him that this is not how you treat women and to leave her alone. All the children stood around me were very scared of him. The room is very dated and everything seems to be falling apart but it is kept clean. The cleaners work hard and change your room every day which I think was over the top. We just asked for fresh towels and water. The bed was rock hard so I didn't have a single full night sleep, my ribs still hurt, however the two single beds were fine for the children. there was mould around the bath and we just used the shower as the jets on the bath didn't look like they had been cleaned for a few years. Everything was rusty and old in the bathroom. Paintwork is done to low standard and it just looks old. I didnt mind the decor, it just looked badly kept. We always avoided the downstairs toilets by the dining hall as it always stunk of faeces. People weren't using tissue, and just cleaning with the sprayer, which just soaked all the floors all the time. On the final day we had to use the loo to change as it was a late flight, and I had to hold my breath it was so so bad. Around the pool always stunk of the same foul smell. There are 4 pools, the main pool is a nice size but often overcrowded, the pool with the flumes is quite dangerous but it's ok if you want to go for a swim in the shade. there is a baby pool that is clearly never cleaned, and an indoor pool that looked like it was permanently closed. Didn't struggle getting a sunbed most afternoons but people did put towels down and then leave for the day. The food and dining experience was the worst part of the holiday. All 4 of us have had the trotters all week. The food is so so bad, I ended up just having fried eggs for breakfast with a roll and a chip butty for tea as that is the only edible food that was there. They serve the meat with all the bones still in there, i'm surprised noone choked on a bone. It is the same food EVERY SINGLE DAY and it is always overcooked, dry, and no meat!! Everything is served on the bone with couscous or some form of pasta. The only thing my children actually liked was the chips and ice cream. They tried everything, they always do wherever we go, but it was all just nasty. After speaking with one lady, she said she went to a 'restaurant' and the food was just as bad. Another lady went somewhere else and spent over £100 for a meal. After an intimidating walk around the old medina with my son, we decided to
