Everything was fine. If there would be someone to clean the camel and the horse **** from the beach would be perfect.

The food and staff are excellent. In general, the furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated, but all in all, highly recommended.

The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the staff they go out of their way to help you and make you comfortable. That is what the star is for. Other than that I have nothing positive to say about this hotel. I booked it through Love Holiday and it was advertised as a 4 star hotel. This is not the case. I would say it's barely a 2 star. The hotel is very dated, barely lit. Everything about it is dark and dingy. Our room overlooked the main reception area, which was very noisy. The room we were given was one which had not been updated, and bared no resemblance to the one advertised on Love Holidays. Yhe tpilet wpuldnt flush properly. The beds were rock hard, bedding stained, furnishing very dated. There was one single electrical socket in the room. The all inclusive drinks were very limited. The pools weren't clean and the water slides were out of use, which was probably a good things as the looked like they should have been condemned. WiFi would not work in the rooms, we had to go into reception or sit in the corridor outside our room to get a signal. The gaming area and pool table had all seen much better days. The deciding factor in my decision to leave after 1 night was down to inappropriate comments made towards my by an inebriated guest who thought it was okay to be suggestive in front of my two children. As a single parent traveling with my sons for the first time I felt Vulnerable When raised with love Holidays I was advised to raise it with redeption and provide a description. I did and was told that there were a lot of handball teams in due to a tournament and they would be gone in a couple of days then I wouldn't need to worry. I was not prepared to do that, so found alternative accommodation at Sentido Phenicia Hotel and checked out within 12 hours of checking in. I have supplied some photos but honestly, they don't look as bad as it actually was.

Would not have given this hotel a single star but had to, booked a 10 nights stay through loveholidays but only stayed for 1, pictures on the website are very deceiving as when we arrived we found all outdoor amenities including pool, poolbar and childrens pool with slides CLOSED, the water in the pools was only fit for crocodiles, the room was outdated and only contained a fridge fit for the scrap heep, the dining room wasn't even half open and had very little choice for an all inclusive destination, in the short time we were there we were harassed by staff to buy day excursions and spa, the indoor pool although open was very small and more like a sauna. The only good point was the bar and reception staff who were polite and helpful.

Our review has been based on our entire stay. Firstly start with the good the entertainment boys WOW you all work so hard and made sure you had the whole crowd involved and everyday worked long days. Secondly the amazing 3 day spa treatments we booked they couldn’t have done a better job for the price. The cleaners and staff work so hard but sadly for us the one thing that has let the place down is the food area the tables were filthy and thankfully I took antibacterial wipes to clean our area each time. Flies everywhere due to the hygiene of the food area in doors and out. Food was all inclusive and I’ve had worse so can’t complain. And the alcohol did the job.

This has probably been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The toilets by the pool are disgusting - bar staff are quite rude unless you tip them. The food is horrific. The fridge in the room was leaking, ants on the floor. People serving the food are so rude. Overall I don’t think I have ever seen such a state of a hotel in all honesty. The star rating is definitely not a 3 star, a 2 star at a push. The pool was dirty, all in all everything was disgusting and I would not recommend at all.

Just back from one week stay in this hostel !! This hotel was very disappointing from the start. Our booking wasn’t on their system, and it took over 4 hours before we were finally given a room. The hotel itself feels extremely dated – the hallways are dark and unwelcoming, almost like something out of a horror film. One of my group had a bad accident on the slides not one staff member offered 1st aid. Had to wait 24 hours for a 1st aid kit. And had to wait till we were home to be seen at the hospital total joke. The restaurant was overcrowded and poorly managed, with not enough tables, plates, or staff. We often felt ignored when trying to get food or help, almost as if we weren’t there. If you’re not dressed in the way many other guests are, you may find yourself treated differently, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The pool area is never cleaned all week never seen one cleaner. The fag ends left around the pool no bins either sun loungers where never cleaned had to do them your self . Was that bad I binned my towels The toilets were also very unkept and not cleaned to a standard you’d expect from any hotel. The only positive part of the stay was the entertainment especially Luca, Willy, Adam and bar team, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming.one barman can be a little creepy goes by the name of Mo seems to thinks he’s god gift to young girls !! If it wasn’t for the animation team I would have cut my holiday short and returned home Unfortunately, everything else was a let-down. I would not recommend this hotel at all – in my opinion, it’s more like a -1 star experience. This hotel has put me off to ever return to Tunisia!!! Managers should be a shamed of them self
